InjeAI Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 September 2026
1. Who we are and how to contact us
InjeAI is an engineering analysis platform available at https://injeai.com, through its Telegram bot and Mini App, and through the Android application com.injeai.app. This policy describes how the developer and operator of InjeAI handles information in these services. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@injeai.com.
2. Information we process
Account information includes your email address, account identifier, authentication and session records, and profile information supplied by a sign-in provider. When you sign in with Google, we receive the account information made available through the requested sign-in permissions; we do not receive your Google password. Email-and-password authentication uses password verification records rather than storing your password as readable text.
Telegram interactions may include your Telegram user and chat identifiers, username, messages, button interactions, files and the information Telegram supplies when you open the Mini App. Telegram processes information under its own privacy policy as well.
Content you provide may include prompts, conversations, photographs, drawings, CAD files, documents, material and process parameters, and support correspondence. We also process the analyses, reports, file metadata and other results generated from that content. Files and results may contain personal information or commercially confidential information that you choose to include.
Technical information may include IP addresses, browser and operating-system information, application version, request identifiers, timestamps, diagnostic events, errors, performance measurements and security logs. Website analytics and performance tools may process page views and technical usage measurements.
The Android application can request camera access for photographing parts and file or media access for content you choose to submit. Its permission configuration also includes microphone access. Device permissions are controlled through Android settings. Granting a permission is separate from submitting content for analysis; you can revoke permissions, although related features may then be unavailable.
3. Why we process information
We process information to authenticate you, run requested analyses, deliver and retain results, maintain your work history, provide support and service notifications, prevent abuse, diagnose faults, improve reliability and meet applicable legal obligations. Authentication and security storage also helps protect accounts and prevent duplicate or unauthorised requests.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may be necessary to provide the service you request, pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, meet legal obligations, or act on your consent where consent is required. You may withdraw consent for optional processing without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
4. AI processing and service providers
Providing an analysis can require sending your submitted content, or relevant extracts and derived information, to an external AI provider. The platform integrates Venice.ai and may use OpenAI or Google Gemini for configured models or fallback processing. Which provider receives a request depends on the feature and the active configuration. These providers process information under their applicable service terms and data-processing arrangements. This policy does not promise that processing is entirely local, anonymous or subject to universal zero-retention or no-training terms across all providers.
Infrastructure and supporting services include Oracle Cloud Infrastructure for backend hosting; Vercel for the website, analytics and performance measurements; Cloudflare for DNS, security and bot protection; Upstash for caching and temporary state; Sanity for website content; Resend for email delivery; Sentry for diagnostics; and Expo/EAS and Google Play for Android distribution and updates. These services receive information needed for their respective functions. Not every provider receives every category of information or the full content of each uploaded file.
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with a valid legal obligation, protect the service or the rights of others, or carry out a transfer of the service subject to applicable safeguards and notice requirements. Sharing a result with Telegram or another recipient at your request also makes it subject to that recipient's handling of the information.
5. Storage, retention and security
Account information, submitted content and analysis history can remain available while they are needed to provide the service and maintain your work. Temporary uploads, sessions, caches, reports and diagnostic records have different operational retention settings. Deleting an item from an interface or allowing a download link to expire does not necessarily erase every associated database record, log or backup immediately.
We review deletion requests against the information actually held. Information needed to comply with law, address an unresolved dispute or investigate a security incident may be retained for the relevant purpose. Residual backup copies may remain until those backups are replaced or removed; they are not treated as active account data. Contact us for the retention and deletion status of a specific account or file.
We use HTTPS for public service connections, access controls and other technical measures to protect information. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Please submit only information you are authorised to share and avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal information in prompts or files.
6. Cookies, device storage and international processing
The website, Mini App and Android application use cookies or device storage for authentication, session continuity, preferences and security. Cloudflare and website analytics or performance integrations may also process technical information when you use the website. Browser and device settings can restrict storage or permissions; doing so may affect sign-in and other functions.
Our infrastructure and providers can process information in countries other than your country of residence. Applicable protections may differ between countries. Where legally required, international processing must be subject to an appropriate transfer mechanism and safeguards.
7. Your choices and deletion requests
To request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account and associated information, email support@injeai.com with the subject "InjeAI privacy request" or "InjeAI account deletion". Identify the account email or Telegram account involved and describe the request. Do not send a password or sign-in token. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify that you control the account.
You may request deletion of the entire account or specify particular uploaded files or results. We will explain any information that cannot yet be deleted and the reason for retaining it. Uninstalling the Android application or blocking the Telegram bot does not by itself delete server-side account data. Copies already downloaded by you or shared with another recipient are outside our direct control.
Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to the relevant data-protection authority. We handle requests within the periods required by applicable law.
8. Children and policy updates
InjeAI is intended for adult professional use and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact support@injeai.com so that we can investigate and address it.
We may update this policy as the service changes. The current version and its last-updated date are published at https://injeai.com/privacy. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a change, we will provide it.
