injeAI Terms of Service
1. Operator and scope
injeAI is provided by injeAI Team (the Operator). These Terms cover the Web service, Telegram bot and Android application. The service is intended for professional use by businesses and sole traders. A representative accepting these Terms confirms authority to bind the business. The sole official contact for legal, service and technical matters is support@injeai.com. Mandatory rights under applicable law are preserved.
2. Engineering service
injeAI provides analytical estimates and recommendations for injection moulding, including process settings, cycle time, cooling, temperature conditions and manufacturing economics. Supported functions and limits depend on the documented calculation and available input data. Model checks and warnings do not identify every error or unsafe combination.
3. Mandatory machine-side validation
Results are advisory analytical guidance, not an approved process sheet, equipment instruction, safety assessment or permission to start production. Before starting equipment and before applying any changed setting, a qualified machine setter must independently verify the calculation, material properties, temperature limits, mould condition, injection and clamping limits, and equipment safety requirements; perform a controlled trial; and document that the setting is suitable. This obligation applies regardless of confidence scores, absent warnings or successful software checks. Unverified results must not be passed directly to automatic machine control.
4. Production liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law for business contracts, the Operator excludes liability for damage to moulds, screws or injection moulding machines, defective batches, part deformation, production downtime and lost profit insofar as the loss results from using outputs without mandatory validation, incomplete or inaccurate inputs, non-compliance with equipment instructions, or operation outside documented limits. This does not exclude liability for intentional misconduct or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and does not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
5. Customer materials and confidentiality
The customer retains rights in CAD files, process sheets, manufacturing parameters and other submitted materials and must be authorised to submit them. The customer grants only the processing rights needed to perform the requested service. injeAI does not use customer production materials to train or fine-tune its own models or commission such training on its behalf. External inference providers and their applicable processing arrangements are described in the Privacy Policy; no broader provider guarantee is implied.
6. Processing, Industrial Vault and deletion
The service may send relevant content or extracts to configured external AI providers. Temporary processing stages coexist with stored documents, results, history and the encrypted Industrial Vault. Ephemeral processing does not mean immediate deletion from all systems, devices, providers or backups. Retention windows, deletion procedures and applicable exceptions are described in the Privacy Policy. Contact support@injeai.com for a deletion request.
7. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep account credentials secure and submit only data you are entitled to process. Do not bypass access controls, misuse the service or use unverified outputs for direct equipment control. Access may be restricted proportionately for a security incident, contractual breach or legal obligation.
8. Plans and economic examples
Available features, usage limits and charges are disclosed before an order. Recurring payments require agreement to the applicable terms. Free access is subject to the published limits and current availability. Savings and payback examples are scenarios, not guarantees; actual results depend on cycle duration, machine-hour cost, production volume, yield and validation costs.
9. Availability and termination
Availability and outputs may be affected by maintenance, dependencies and the applicability of the supplied inputs. No additional service-level commitment is implied unless agreed in writing. Contact support@injeai.com about termination, data export or deletion. Required legal and security records may remain for their applicable retention period.
10. Contract formation and changes
The applicable Terms must be available before agreement and may be saved by the customer. Publication of a new version alone is not evidence that an existing customer accepted it. Material changes are notified in advance where required and are not applied retroactively to completed services.
11. Spanish law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Spanish law and directly applicable European Union law. Direct complaints to support@injeai.com for attempted resolution. Jurisdiction follows applicable rules and valid agreements between the parties. Mandatory consumer protections remain effective. These Terms do not impose US arbitration or a class-action waiver.
